One small change can make a big difference
If you’re doing the same thing and getting the same unsatisfactory outcome then perhaps it’s time to adapt your approach.
What works for one person, with respect to their wellbeing, is not necessarily the best approach for you or workable for you and your specific needs. There is no right or wrong approach, just those that work and those that don’t!
If your current approach to take care of your physical, emotional, mental or social wellbeing isn’t quite hitting the mark, take a moment to identify if a simple change will make all the difference.
Would a different time of day be better?
Would a shorter or longer time be more effective?
Would inside or outside be better?
Would adding or removing components create a better space?
Would online or face to face be more effective?
Would writing it down or speaking about it help?
Would involving other people or removing people help?
Would it be more compelling if the goal was easier or harder to reach?
Would more of something or less of something create the shift you need?
To fulfil your intent for a state of wellbeing, keep adapting your approach until you find what works for you!
